Origine

This small, softly sloping 0.16-hectare plot is located at the junction of the Chorey-les-Beaune, Aloxe-Corton and Savigny-les-Beaune AOCs. Altitude 230 metres. South-east exposure.

Vinification

After a light crushing, the grapes are transferred to the pneumatic press where they undergo a pressing that lasts around two and a half hours. The juice is then transferred to vats at a temperature of 8°C where it spends two days to eliminate the solids (settling).

Aged on the lees for 10-12 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new. Natural malolactic fermentation.

Notes de dégustation

A deep, slightly Muscaty nose. Big, round and fat on the palate. The mineral note comes through in the second half.

Mets d'accompagnements

Aperitif, white fish, terrines.
