Situated 6 km north of Beaune, this village is tucked right up against the Corton and Corton Charlemagne Grands Crus. "Les Boutières" is an old plot planted at the bottom of the hillside at the very end of the Aloxe-Corton (premier cru) appellation, giving it a depth that is somewhat unusual for the appellation.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and sorted. The temperatures are carefully controlled. Destemming. This vintage was fermented in open vats for 18 days before pneumatic pressing.
12 months ageing in oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
Notes de dégustation
Clean and fresh on the palate, revealing ripe red fruit with hints of raspberries, blackcurrants and black cherries. The palate is wrapped in fine, slightly roasted tannins, giving the wine a pleasant character without any trace of bitterness.

Roast or grilled white or red meat and a wide variety of cheeses.
