Origine

The “Beauroy” vineyard plots are located in the village of Beine. The southern exposure lends the wine power and great richness.

Vinification

The wine is aged for 10 to 14 months, 50% in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and 50% in barrels (new or previously used for up to 5 fills). Barrel ageing lends the wine complexity and depth. Blending the barrel-aged wine with the wine aged in vat enables us to achieve the perfect balance for each wine every year.

Bottled on the Domaine.

Notes de dégustation

The nose is intense and powerful, immediately imparting the warmth of the terroir through its almost exotic aromas. This is confirmed by the wine’s fairly broad entry to the palate and fairly pronounced intensity. The wine's mature character then comes to the fore with aromas of white peaches. The finish is somewhat energetic, however, endowing the wine with great length.

Mets d'accompagnements

This wine pairs perfectly with white meats, hard cheeses and fish in a sauce.
