Vinification

Notes de dégustation

A dry white wine with a clean, clear appearance. The nose is elegant and fruity and the palate is mineral, fresh and well-balanced.

Mets d'accompagnements

Enjoy this wine as an aperitif or paired with summer salads, seafood, fish, eggs, Burgundy snails or the famous andouillette from Chablis. It also goes well with goat's cheeses or hard cheeses such as Gruyère, Comté or Beaufort.
