Origine

Soil type: clay-limestone

Vinification

The carefully harvested Gamay grapes are fermented in closed vats at a carefully controlled temperature to preserve their aromatic intensity. Fermentation is stopped when the must reaches 6-7 degrees, which results in a lower alcohol content.

Notes de dégustation

Bright, deep pink hue. The bubbles are naturally fine and light.

The nose is a lovely infusion of red fruit, cherries, strawberries and raspberries, and the palate is luscious and slightly sweet, yet invigorating and well-balanced

Mets d'accompagnements

The swathes of red fruit and the low 8% alcohol make this wine a perfect match for aperitifs, patisserie, sorbets or maybe even some crêpes or waffles.
