The grapes are picked by hand with meticulous selection. Total destemming. Cold maceration for 5-8 days. Controlled fermentation at 26-32°C for around ten days. Ageing in barrels, of which 30% are new.

Notes de dégustation
Bright ruby hue. The bouquet expresses notes of red fruit such as red currants and blackcurrants, accentuated by tobacco nuances. The tannins are smooth and coated on the palate. Beautiful substance, not at all austere. Can be enjoyed young, but will easily keep for around ten years.
